1. Can I order any quantity I need?
Yes, you can order
any quantity that you need above the minimum listed. You can
order quantities in between those listed.

2. How do I send over my artwork?
You can upload your
artwork on the order confirmation page as well as email it directly
to art@bluetrack.com. The best format to send art files in is
Adobe Illustrator (.ai vector art). However, we can also accept
.eps, .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .tif, .doc and many other file types.
Please call or email us if you have any questions. Please refer
to the next question if your artwork is not perfect or needs
to be touched up.

3. What if my artwork isn't perfect?
Our Art Dept can redraw
or touch up any artwork free of charge if it is not perfect.
In addition, our artists can design clip art or other graphics
for your order free of charge so you do not have to go to an
outside agency.

4. Do I receive a proof prior to production?
We take quality very
seriously and our commitment is to make sure you are 100% satisfied
with your order. As a result every printed order receives a free
paper or digital proof prior to production. This guarantees that
your order will come out exactly as you want it to and you will
never be surprised with what you get.

5. Can only businesses place orders?
No, we do not only
sell to businesses. Any individual, business, organization or
government agency can purchase directly from BLUETRACK online
or by calling us at 1-800-790-6090.

6. Can I order under the minimum listed?
Because we have some
of the lowest minimums in the industry we normally do not sell
quantities under what is listed as our minimum. However, from
time to time we may accept orders for quantities less than the
minimum listed if our production schedule allows. To inquire
please call us at 1-800-790-6090 as our website does not process
under-minimum orders. A $25 convenience charge applies to all
under-minimum orders.
